ICES, Retail Model, Outsource or hope the Community Equipment Stores problem goes away!

We've spent six months looking at what to do with Community Equipment Stores with the 10 Greater Manchester Authorities....

Should you adopt the DoH's Retail Model for SADL? What about CADL, is outsourcing a viable option, is the answer to pool budgets with the PCT?

We have a raft of useful info for people just starting to look at what do do with disability equipment, adaptations for daily living and other associated telecare issues. If you get a chance to study demographic information for your area you'll begin to see what a massive problem awaits us in the next 20 years if we want to move from care home provision to more home care provision suppported by greater provision of equipment and adaptations.
